The first-floor bedroom was very small but the two-bedroom apartment was spacious enough. We did not see any residents there. The staff was very nice and helpful. It's very "mayberry" in the small town sense but there is that rural feeling. Your not going to find early morning breakfast except at the gas stations or the only corner store in Birch Bay.
