Windows Media player can play the file just fine,but when I bring it into Adobe Premier, no video shows up however the audio still plays. The screen just stays black. WebLagarith can't record 1080 60 stabilly on a 5960x, it's a very slow codec in terms of high framerate footage, a10-7850k + r9 380 = bottleneck, you've got a low end cpu with a high end gpu (and you don't use apus with gpus, use an amd athlon if you want amd).
