WebProzac helped my ocd. It made me feel less obsessive and I didn’t need to spend as long on my compulsions. It worked, but it didn’t help my depression or anything so I switched meds. Give it some time and keep in mind that ocd usually needs a higher dose of SSRIs then other anxiety or mood disorders. WebI take a 20mg dose of Prozac, and it has genuinely changed my life for the better. I was prescribed it for generalized anxiety disorder, but I can honestly say it has done so much more than that for me. It has immensely improved my mood, lessened my anxiety, and helped me cope with symptoms of OCD.
