WebI am going to go out on a limb and say most people would like to have a nice new stadium, it will bring an increase of happiness to most people of Christchurch. This is just an educated guess, but for argument, let's say this is true for half the population (200k). The stadium cost 600000k. So that is $3k each for a new stadium.
